Game discovery disclosure updated October 18, 2026
Our arcade is public. AI game creation is an adult-operated development test, not a service currently open to children. This notice describes what is operating today, including the limits of the test.

What this policy covers
The public website lets visitors play our existing games without creating an Anderson's Games account. It does not currently offer public AI game creation, child accounts, chat, game submissions, suggestions, or remixes.
We are also developing an AI game-creation service. That prototype is a private, adult-operated local test. Some test functions send information to outside providers even though the application runs on the operator's computer. The development-test section below explains those functions.
We will update this policy before introducing public creation or new information practices. A privacy policy is not a substitute for parental permission.
Playing the public games
Technical information
When your browser loads our website or a game, the services delivering it receive technical information needed to handle the request, such as your IP address, requested address, request time, and browser information. Security and diagnostic records may be used to deliver the games, investigate errors, and protect the service from abuse.
Some games load inside an embedded page from another hosting domain. Your browser contacts that domain directly even while andersonsgames.com remains in the address bar. The Coins also loads typefaces from Google Fonts. These requests disclose network and browser information to the service receiving them.
Scores and settings on your device
Super Bike stores a best score and your choice of miles or kilometers in your browser's local storage. These values are not an Anderson's Games account or an online leaderboard. Its game code does not send these values to our application server.
Browser storage can remain until replaced or cleared. You can remove it using your browser's site-data controls. Because some games use separate domains, clearing only andersonsgames.com may not remove an embedded game's saved settings. Clearing browser storage does not delete hosting-provider logs.
Information we do not ask for during play
The public games do not ask players for their name, email address, home address, phone number, school, photographs, or microphone recordings. They do not currently offer public profiles, messaging, or player-created posts.
We do not place advertising or behavioral-advertising trackers in our game code, and we do not sell players' personal information. Ordinary hosting and resource requests still occur as described above; playing without signing in does not make network requests anonymous.
Contacting us
If you email, call, or write to us, we receive the contact information and contents you provide. We use these to answer questions, handle privacy requests, and keep necessary records of our response. Email is handled through Zoho, and business mail and telephone services are provided through Northwest's service arrangement.
A parent or guardian should contact us about a child's information. Send only what is needed to explain the request. Do not email identity documents, passwords, financial information, or a child's private details unless we first arrange an appropriate, necessary verification process.
Adult-only development tests
This section describes the prototype, not features available to public visitors or children. An adult may test the parent and child-facing screens; that is not authorization for a child to use the prototype.
Email and verification
An adult tester may enter an email address to receive a one-time code through Resend. The prototype keeps the email address, a hashed comparison value, a hashed code, request timing, and attempt counters to manage setup and limit abuse. Resend receives the destination address and message contents to deliver the code or a test receipt.
The prototype integrates with Epic Games' Kids Web Services (KWS). When an adult starts a verification test, the application sends KWS their email address, the US location selection, and an opaque request reference. It processes the returned verification status and transaction information to match the result to that request.
KWS is configured for testing. A successful test response is not proof that a person's real identity or parental relationship has been verified. Any future live verification checks would take place in the verification provider's own flow, subject to its notices. Our application does not ask testers to upload identity documents or enter card details into the game platform.
The prototype records the notice version, permissions selected, verification result, and acceptance or withdrawal timestamps for its test permission workflow. Verification and permission are separate steps. Public sharing, suggestions, and remix permissions are not granted by this test consent flow.
Game ideas and AI builds
Adult testers can submit invented, non-personal game ideas. The local application stores submitted text, conversation messages, generated game code and revisions, and build-status records. The configured AI builder sends the request and relevant game context to OpenAI through the operator's Codex setup. Local operation does not mean AI processing happens entirely on the device.
Do not submit children's personal information or real children's conversations to this adult test. We do not represent this setup as an approved child-facing AI service or as having Zero Data Retention. Generated adult-test drafts are not automatically published on the public arcade.
Optional voice input
When an adult chooses voice input and grants microphone permission, the prototype transcribes the recording in the browser. Its speech model is served by the local application; the recording is not uploaded to our application server or an external transcription service. Recording resources are released after transcription, cancellation, or failure rather than saved as an audio library.
The adult can review or change the resulting text before sending it. Once submitted, that text is handled like a typed game idea, including storage and transmission to the AI builder. Microphone access can be revoked in the browser's permission settings.
Studio game discovery
This section covers discovery in the hosted Studio. It does not open child access or change sharing permissions.
To help people discover games, we count at most one qualifying play per signed-in player, public game, and UTC day. We store internal player/game references and the day, and exclude records after at most seven days; background deletion may take longer if the service is unavailable.
This measurement does not store audio, chat, IP addresses, or play duration. “Popular now” uses aggregate results only after at least three distinct players; individual play records are not shown publicly. Ordinary hosting/security logs are separate.
Services involved
- OpenAI workspace Sites and Cloudflare
- Host the public arcade and some embedded games, receiving website requests and technical information for delivery and security. Hosting is separate from AI generation.
- Netlify
- Hosts Super Gun, receiving requests and technical information to deliver the embedded game.
- Google Fonts
- Delivers The Coins' typefaces, receiving font requests with network and browser information.
- Zoho Mail
- Handles privacy correspondence, including email addresses, messages, and attachments you send us.
- Northwest's business-contact services
- Handle postal and telephone correspondence, including mail, caller information, and messages.
- Resend
- Delivers private adult-test emails, receiving the destination address, code or receipt message, and delivery information.
- Epic Games / Kids Web Services
- Handles private adult verification tests using the email address, country selection, request reference, and verification transaction information.
- OpenAI / Codex
- Processes private adult AI builds using submitted ideas, relevant game context, and generated responses.
- Cloudflare Tunnel
- Relays HTTPS return and callback traffic for private KWS verification testing. It does not expose the full local application.
These services do not all receive the same information. Test-only services are not contacted simply because someone plays a public game. Information may be processed outside a visitor's state or country, depending on the service. We may also disclose information when required by law or as necessary to respond to a security incident or protect people's rights and safety.
Retention and deletion
Saved settings remain in the browser until replaced or cleared. The prototype keeps application records in a local database. A one-time code stops working after 10 minutes and a verification request expires after 24 hours, but those validity limits do not automatically erase the associated email, request, consent, or game records.
Withdrawing test permission stops further authorized builds; it is not the same as deleting all records or provider-held copies. Deleting a game from the prototype's interface is also not a guarantee that all related records have been erased.
Current testing limitation: the local prototype has no general automatic record-purge schedule. Hosting-log retention is managed by the hosting providers, and we have not yet verified all configured deletion periods. Correspondence, test-record, and backup schedules are also still being finalized. We do not promise a fixed deletion period or immediate deletion of provider-held copies.
Contact us to request review or deletion of information we hold. We will explain what we can remove and any limits. Before opening creation to children, we must establish and implement the applicable retention and deletion arrangements and update this notice.
Privacy requests and children's information
A parent or guardian can use our business contacts to ask what information we hold about their child, request review or deletion, or ask us to stop further collection or use. Tell us which game or interaction the request concerns. We may need reasonable, proportionate information to confirm the requester is authorized before disclosing or deleting records. We will explain information we cannot locate or remove and any applicable retention obligation.
If a child has sent us personal information unexpectedly, a parent can contact us so we can investigate and address it. We do not ask children to disclose personal information to play the existing games. Testing child-facing screens as an adult does not make the creation service available for actual child use.
Security and changes
We use safeguards appropriate to the service, including HTTPS on the public site and restricted access to the local test application. No online service can guarantee perfect security.
Updates will be reflected in the effective date and policy text. Before materially changing how a child's information is collected, used, or disclosed, we will provide the required notice and obtain any required new permission.
